Purpose: To manage and respond to enquiries submitted by the user.
Legal basis: The data subject’s express consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Retention period: Until the enquiry has been resolved and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
3.2 Contracting of services
Data: first name, surname, NIF/NIE identification number, address, email address, telephone number and payment details.
Purpose: To manage the service agreement, billing and the post-contractual relationship.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and compliance with legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Retention period: For the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods, including a minimum of five years for tax obligations and six years for commercial documentation.

V. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

VI. MINORS
The Website is not intended for children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal data without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the LOPD-GDD.
VII. SECURITY MEASURES
